Return Policy:

Please read carefully. Our return policy is short, simple and with no “fine print”.

If for any reason you are not happy with our product just put your saffron back in the original shipping box and return the package within seven business days of arrival to the same address listed on your sales receipt. Send an email to us with your order number and let us know that you have returned the package. Once we receive the returned package we will issue you a full refund within one business day.
Please note: If your order consists of multiple packs of the same brand saffron, and if more than one of these packs of saffron is opened, we will deduct from the full refund the fee of the opened pack(s) with the same or higher value including the shipping fee.


We will not issue a refund if:

  • The package was delivered to a wrong shipping address.

It is your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is correct. If the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address provided to us, we will reship the package once you provide us with the correct shipping address. An additional shipping fee will then be charged. If you no longer need/want the saffron reshipped, we will refund your order less the shipping fee.

  • The package was delivered to your shipping address but you never received it.

Every order has a tracking number. Once the tracking number confirms delivery to the address furnished to us, Sahar Saffron Company is no longer financially responsible for your package.

  • The package never left your country's Customs warehouse. It is the International customer's responsibility to resolve any custom clearance issues with their Customs Office. We will refund you less shipping fee if the package is returned to us.
